Replaceable Parts

Whether you need to replace a worn component or customizing your setup, MOVA’s modular system allows for individual part replacement—so you don’t need to retire your entire board after one unlucky hit.

Each board is made up of three precision-milled sections: Nose, Center, and Tail. Every piece is engineered for exact alignment and perfect integration with our 3D-printed high-tolerance locking system. Manufactured in Cape Town, South Africa, each module maintains performance integrity and durability while allowing you to keep your board in top condition for longer.

Modularity means less waste, more flexibility, and longer board life.

  All parts fit standard 95L luggage. No segment exceeds 33" / 84 cm.

Construction

• Core: Recyclable EPS foam

• Lamination: Triaxial fiberglass + flax fiber blend

• Resin System: Bio-based epoxy

• Joint Housing: Integrated 3D-printed locking system (carbon-reinforced)

• Seal: Dual compression gasket for water-tight rail-to-rail connection

• Flex: Tuned to maintain consistent feel across sections

• Finish: Matte sanded deck, gloss rails

Compatibility

• Compatible only with MOVA Transporter boards

• Fully interchangeable with original 6'6" MOVA system

• Joint system tested to >1000 assembly cycles

• Center module contains internal stainless steel rod housing
